By selling with us, you won’t have to hire a realtor or pay pricey listing listing fees.  We pay all of the typical closing costs a buyer would pay.

Do I have to sell if I contact you?

You’re never obligated to sell to us. You can choose to accept our offer, or you can choose not to. It’s all up to you.  There is no cost to get a offer from us!

How long does this process take?

Do I need a Realtor?

You do not need a realtor to sell to us.  We will use a fair and reputable title company (can be of your choice) to protect both you and us to provde a safe transaction.  If it makes sense we can help you list with a Realtor.
